First of all open your 'List of Events' Excel worksheet, and ensure that all of today's race triggers are present. If the page is blank, then the daily zip file has not been loaded correctly. Also, check that MarketFeeder Pro is still running. If the triggers page is full of race triggers, make note of the AMOUNT column, and ensure that there are values down this column. If all values in this column display #REF! then either the races have finished, or you have accidentally loaded a previous days zip file.
Are you a non-UK resident? If you are, then you need to ensure your Regional Settings have been changed to display "." as your decimal separator. Auto-BF will not work if your decimal separator is set to ","
This is almost certainly due to other "personal" bets being placed with this Betfair account. You should NOT place any bets with your Betfair account whilst using Auto-BF. The reason for this is that Auto-BF bases it's calculations on your Betfair account summary. Now because Betfair do not distinguish between bets made from the betfair web-site, and the Betfair API, the software cannot tell which bets are part of the strategy, and which bets are your personal bets.
All bets will appear in your account summary, and therefore Auto-BF will end up basing calculations on results of your own personal bets. If you wish to place personal bets with Betfair whilst using Auto-BF, we strongly recommend that you open a second Betfair account and keep the bets separate.
